Senator Romano moved to amend the amendment on page three, section seventy-two, after line forty-six, by inserting a new subsection, designated subsection (i), to read as follows:

(i) The provisions of this section shall take effect on the same day that the Legislature authorizes the filing of Title 114, Series 57 of the Code of State Rules, which amends that rule to incorporate the requirements of subsection (g) of this section.
